We've received an interesting email from yet another company who conducted work for Michael Earle (Marketing Director of Layan Hills Estate) and....would you believe it...have not received payment.
An organisation called blob3dstudio provided Mike with some renders, presumably during one of the periods when he was unable to produce any of his own as all his employees had walked out on him as he refused to pay their wages.
Well, we have to say that we were astounded to hear that Mike had paid a nominal gesture towards the total amount owed back in August...that's certainly more than he ever did in Spain...but then since then he appears to have reverted to type and simply ignored the outstanding debt.
Michael Earle (Marketing Director of Layan Hills Estates) has a modus operandi that's so simple it's stunning. Talk people into doing work for you without paying them at the outset. Conduct your business as if you are an honest, successful achiever. Don't pay people for your progress.
He's spent years doing this and it seems that's still the way he operates.
Obviously things have taken a slight turn for the worse in that Michael Earle (Marketing Director of Layan Hills Estates) now has 2 failed businesses behind him and is having to work for someone else, but the thievery continues.
We're sorry for blob3dstudio and hope they get their money, but let's face it, it 'aint gonna happen.

I see this blog is now ranks number 3 on a search for Layan hills estate phuket, I hope that the good people trying to get involved with Michael Earle and layan hills estate are well aware of the sort of con-men that they are getting involved with. I saw the latest modern design magazine (the magazine Binky stole from spain) was pushing layan hills estate.

ReplyDeleteYou're right, let's hope that Layan Hills realise the dangers of associating with a proven conman like Binky and sever their relationship with him, but at the moment alas it looks like they're happy to run with him...
Is as simple as getting what you're paying for.
