Michael Earle Architect resurfaces as an Estate Agent

We have come across - with considerable mirth and incredulity it has to be said - the following posting on Youtube (Dated 26th April 2010) :

So, mighty Michael Earle International Architect has slid down the greasy pole somewhat to Paperboy and sometime Real Estate Agent.

It's hardly surprising that Mike has finally smelt the coffee and realised that he's never going to make it as an International Architect. Quite apart from being talentless at it there's more dirt floating around about him than there is in the Mekong Delta.

What is amazing though is that he's still hanging around in Phuket, desperately trying to scab out an existence. Phuket is a fairly small community and we understand he's already put a few noses out of joint, so quite how he expects anyone to take him seriously is a mystery.

Also amazing is that the Layan Hills Resort have apparently not done their due diligence before hiring Binky as their Marketing Director?!?! You'd imagine that, prior to hiring any of your big hitters, you'd have an ask / search around to see what you can dig up. Binky's online reputation is in tatters and it would appear that Modern Zen Architects won't be giving him a particularly shining reference either.

We have no axe to grind with the Layan Hills Resort, and we feel sorry that there will inevitably been a degree of Binky-CONtamination that can only have an adverse effect on their operation, but that's what happens when you're an individual of the calibre of Mike...everything you touch eventually turns rotten. Should Layan Hills be reading this blog, please advise us of as / if / when you take the only sensible step available and sack Mike and we'll happily broadcast the fact for you.

And one other thing. Regular readers of our blog will be aware of what an absolute joke Binky is at marketing...the hundreds of amateur blogs created to try and manage his reputation; atrocious literacy; the ridiculous postings about his sham organisations on Hotfrog etc; the complete inability to contact any of his companies other than via an "info@" email....the list goes on and on.

We thought Trisha Miller Marketing Guru was laughable ("Architecture is art. Why not live in a work of art" - remember that one?!). Michael Earle Marketing Director is just so ridiculous we've all wet ourselves with laughter. Hang on to your hats, Layan Hills - it's gonna be a roller coaster ride!
